Human Factors & Countermeasures
– understand why human errors occur in manufacturing operations, select and use the appropriate ‘model’ to search for root cause(s), find and prove the human factor(s), then implement effective ‘countermeasures’ to prevent or mitigate the consequences of human errors to downstream operations or the customer.
