AS9102:2023 Rev C is released and has adopted improvements and FAQs requested by IAQG sector organizations

Aerospace/Defence organization should be taking actions to ensure compliance with Rev C –

• Review current FAI process and procedures, identify essential changes or additions, and plan implementation needs – communicate to suppliers

• Ensure that the latest IAQG forms are adopted with necessary customer-specific requirements

• Provide empowerment training for employees and key suppliers

TEC have enthusiastically embraced Rev C and reconceptualized our approach to FAI training through our Face-to-Face and e-Learning courses to empower participants to –

• conform to the updated requirements for FAI planning

• complete the associated AS9102:2023 forms correctly through practical illustrations

• understand the role of FAI in APQP & PPAP (AS9145)

• undertake and document first article inspection in the correct manner

• undertake internal and supplier audits/evaluations of FAI documents and the FAIR process
