9100:2016 AATT course & exam
IAQG-sanctioned 9100:2016 AATT is comprised of online modules and Instructor-led Training –
Online Modules (10 and 15+ hours)
The 9100 Online Component includes –
ISO 9001:2015 Pre-Assessment.
Foundations: Understanding 9100 Online Training, 9100:2016 Forms and Audit Reporting Training, and Trial Assessment Scenario 1 and 2. These elements are completed (and assessed) on-line and take between 10 and 15+ hours to complete.
Instructor-led Training (4-days)
The 4-day instructor-led portion of the AATT training focuses on the applying the 9100:2016 requirements in audit situations using 9101:2016 forms and in consideration of 9101:2016 requirements.
This is held at the Woodland Grange Conference Centre, Royal Leamington Spa, UK.
The on-line proctored exams are undertaken during Day #4 and comprise the 9100/9101 Knowledge Examination (1hr 30min) and the Application Examination (2hr).
The ‘score’ for the application section is the combined result of the online Application Examination, personal interview, and the continuous evaluation during the training class (which includes written reports and oral communication of conclusions regarding the Case Study material)
IAQG aerospace auditor competency training courses
The IAQG publish the minimum body of knowledge for AQMS auditors who participate in AQMS certification audits in the form of four Training Course Specification Sheets (TCSS). These are known as the Aerospace auditor competency training courses.
TCSS 001 – AS9100 (ASD) Lead Auditor Course (CQI/IRCA and IAQG Certified)
The course is delivered over 5 consecutive days with the 2-hour written examination taking place on Day #5. This meets the IAQG mandated ‘baseline training’ requirement for AAs and AEAs.
TCSS 002 – ASD Industry Specific Knowledge Course
TCSS 003 – Aviation Maintenance Knowledge Course
TCSS 004 – Regulatory Aviation Maintenance (AM) Specific Course
