AS13100 e-Learning Program
AS13100 is the AESQ’s standard specifying key system requirements for aero engine design and production organizations. The intention is to standardize customer requirements and improve overall product quality throughout the supply chain.
CHAPTER A contains the AESQ supplemental requirements added to AS9100. Collectively these contain the Quality Management Systems (QMS) requirements
CHAPTER B contains the AESQ supplemental requirements added to AS9145. Collectively these contain the APQP & PPAP requirements
CHAPTER C contains the AESQ supplemental requirements associated with ‘core’ Defect Prevention Quality Tools to support APQP & PPAP
TEC’s tried-and-tested e-Learning courses provide learners with the knowledge and skills to implement the AS13100 requirements with the goal of zero defects.
Team Leader Development Program
TEC’s practical Team Leader Development Program is delivered as five 1-day training sessions – each of which can be selected separately or as a 5-day program. It’s a “pick’n mix” offer for you to choose. The training sessions progressively develop and improve leadership skills to enhance effectiveness within the team and organization, enabling new team leaders to step-up to their new responsibilities.

This unique supply chain empowerment program provides a combination of training and coaching to ensure that supplier organizations and their people become self-sufficient and capable of fully implementing and exploiting the AS9100:2016 series of standards, AS9145:2016 (APQP & PPAP) and other essential quality tools and techniques – for maximum benefit to their customer and themselves!
The program also offers an ideal opportunity for customers to work closely with, and further develop, their supply chains – providing a mutually beneficial and rewarding outcomes for all parties.
Lean Practitioner Training Program
This ‘hands-on’ Lean Practitioner Training Program empowers individuals to be able to provide leadership and guidance to their teams to make local improvements using tried-and-tested lean tools and techniques specifically focused on deployment at the 'business unit (shop floor) level'. Included are the 7 ‘Basic’ Quality Tools and the 7 ‘New’ Tools.
The structured training program comprises three 2-day sessions delivered on-site over a period of 3- to 6-weeks. The program involves practical instruction and coaching to empower individuals to use Lean tools/techniques. Workshops and Projects feature prominently throughout.
