Course overview
Teamwork is vital to the success of any organization, but unfortunately groups of people won’t always work well together!
This is where Team Leaders step in –
helping to keep their teams focused, motivated, and actively engaged
playing an important part in problem solving and deploying and sustaining improvement plans
A team leader is someone who provides guidance, instruction, direction and inspiration to a group of other individuals (the team) for the purpose of achieving a key result or group of aligned results (e.g. KPIs & Targets).
A good team leader is focused on the achievement of goals and is expected to provide guidance, mentoring, instruction and support to their team. They listen constructively to team members and to the organization’s managers to ensure that efforts are focused on achieving and sustaining desired results.
TEC’s practical Team Leader Development Program is delivered as five 1-day training sessions - each of which can be selected separately or as a 5-day program. It’s a “pick-and-mix” offer for you to choose. The training sessions progressively develop and improve leadership skills to enhance effectiveness within the team and organisation, enabling new team leaders to step-up to their new responsibilities.
All training sessions may be delivered at TEC’s Training Venue or on-site at your premises. Because of the interactive nature of the sessions, we can accommodate up to 10 learners per session -
