The aim of this unique and highly interactive 1-day course/workshop is to empower participants to -
achieve a practical understanding of AS9100:2016 Rev D by relating requirements to management techniques, best-practice methodologies and processes – rather than a clause-by-clause analysis
deploy the process approach, Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle and risk-based thinking
understand the specific requirements relating to QMS 'effectiveness' – process-level, customer satisfaction and supplier performance
appreciate the benefits of adopting the modern, visual process approach to QMS design and documentation
This training course is available as both an on-site event conducted at your site, and as a public event hosted at our training venue, The Woodland Grange Conference Centre, Leamington Spa, UK.
Our training e-Learning package combines your public training attendance with pre-course e-Learning support. This is the ideal option for people who wish to ensure they are totally comfortable with the basic knowledge & understanding of a what Quality Management System (QMS) is and the basic structure/requirements of ISO 9001-based standards such as the AS9100 series.

Who should attend
The course is suitable for management teams, process owners, internal auditors and supplier auditors who need to understand and interpret the AS9100:2016 requirements in a practical manner.
The course also provides the essential knowledge for people who are planning to enrol for our 5-day IRCA-certified AS9100 Lead Auditor (CQI/IRCA & IAQG certified) course or our 2-day AS9100 Internal Auditor course (PROBITAS Authentication certified).
