Course overview
This e-Learning course covers all of the requirements of both –
AS9102:2023 Rev C – Aerospace first article inspection requirement
AS9103:2022 Rev B – Aerospace Series – Quality Management Systems Variation Management of Key Characteristics
In addition, process capability studies (Cpk) and statistical process control (SPC) are included.
A combination of quizzes, tests and practical exercises are used to ensure understanding of the principles and practices related to first article inspection, capability studies and basic process control charts (Xbar-R).
The e-Learning course includes exercises using Minitab® – if you don’t have a copy of Minitab® – download a FREE 30-day trial.
All necessary data is provided in MS Excel spreadsheets which may be downloaded with the sessions.
a downloadable (pdf) Delegate Workbook is included
The relationship between the IAQG standards AS9100, AS9145, AS9102 and AS9103 is identified and explained – with particular reference to APQP and PPAP. The AESQ AS13006 methodologies are incorporated for aspects of Statistical Process Control (SPC).
