Course overview
AQAP-2110:2016 and AQAP-2310:2017 contain NATO’s (and the MOD's) quality assurance requirements for design, development and production –
AQAP-2110:2016 includes the (applicable) requirements of ISO 9001:2015
AQAP-2310:2017 includes the (applicable) requirements of AS9100:2016
The first “IA” standard will be “IA9137 Guidance for the Application of AQAP 2110 within a 9100 Quality Management System” – jointly developed by NATO and industry representatives embodying AQAP-2110-SRD.2
Both of these AQAPs mandate that a QMS (Quality Management System) be established, documented, applied, maintained, assessed & improved and evaluated, in accordance with all their requirements.
Compliance with AQAP-2110 or AQAP-2310 is vitally important for organizations wanting to bid for MOD or NATO contracts
AQAP-2110 and AQAP-2310 contain minimum requirements which, if applied appropriately, provide confidence in a supplier organization’s capability to deliver products that conform to MOD and/or NATO Organizations (i.e. the Acquirer) contract requirements.
TEC’s 2-day empowerment course is aimed at quality professionals, managers and consultants who need to –
understand the terminology
interpret the requirements
undertake audits and in-depth evaluations of existing QMS processes against the additional AQAP requirements
develop and deploy practical implementation strategies
The practical 2-day course is highly interactive and uses individual/team exercises, workshops and quizzes to achieve the above objectives.
Our public course includes a 5-course Lunch(!) each day with ample time for networking and discussions.
The course timings are 08:30 – 17:00 each day
