Understanding & implementing AS9110:2016 Rev C

AS9110:2016 Rev C transition period ended in September 2018. Many MRO organizations are still coming to terms with the 'ISO 9001:2015 high-level structure' and ‘terminology’ and the new/modified requirements of AS9110:2016.

In addition, there is a need to modernize 'legacy' quality management systems which rely heavily on narrative procedures and do not truly represent a process approach to QMS documentation.

This highly interactive 1-day course provides a concise explanation of all of the new requirements introduced by ISO 9001:2015 plus the changes to the AS9110:2016 standard – and presents practical implementation strategies to address these requirements.

TEC Transnational’s highly interactive 1-day course uses a combination of structured sessions, team exercises and quizzes to explain the new/modified requirements of AS9110:2016.

By the end of this interactive 1-day course and workshop participants will be able to:

  • understand and interpret all of the new/changed AS/EN9110:2016 (Rev C) requirements (including ISO 9001:2015 clauses) plus related contractual and regulatory requirements
  • be able to implement practical deployment strategies, and
  • appreciate the benefits of adopting the modern, visual process approach to QMS design and documentation

In addition, the course provides many ‘briefing’ and ‘investigation’ exercises to be undertaken with colleagues once the participants return to their companies.
