ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor Training

This 2-day practical course and workshop has been specifically designed for individuals having no previous knowledge of either auditing or ISO 9001:2015!

By the end of the two days participants will know how to plan and undertake value-adding internal (and supplier) audits for the engineering sector using a ‘process-based approach’. They will also learn how to assess the management of customer satisfaction, QMS performance and process-level effectiveness - in line with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015), customer-specific requirements and their organization's own procedures.

Assessment of learning is achieved through structured exercises and real-world audit scenarios undertaken by the participants. The tutors provide feedback and advisement to ensure that best practice is fully understood in the context of the engineering sector.

Preparation for a ‘process-based approach’ QMS audit

Remember that conducting internal audits is a mandatory requirement for ISO 9001:2015.
