AQAP 2110 – Management orientation session

TEC are now providing their tried-and-tested AQAP 2110 – Management orientation session as a public course. AQAP 2110:2016 contains NATO’s quality assurance requirements for design, development and production – which includes the (applicable) requirements of ISO 9001:2015 as necessary to satisfy the contract requirements. It mandates that a QMS (Quality Management System) be established, documented, applied, maintained, assessed & improved and evaluated, in accordance with all these requirements. AQAP-2110 contains minimum requirements which, if applied appropriately, provide confidence in the organization’s (i.e. the supplier) capability to deliver products that conform to Governmental and/or NATO Organisations (i.e. the Acquirer) contract requirements. The AQAP 2110 orientation session is aimed at managers and staff who need to (i) understand the terminology, (ii) interpret the requirements, (iii) assess if existing QMS processes meet the requirements (iv) identify actions to address any shortcomings. The practical 1-day course is highly interactive and uses individual/team exercises, workshops and quizzes to achieve the above objectives.
